The primary function of this position is toprovide service to English-speaking customers, with bilingualspeaking fluency.

The position is responsible for performing dutiesrelated to and including income customer service calls creatingclaims, registering protection plans, and following up on existingclaims on payment issues and resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS : Englishlevel B2. Be located in Bogota. 18 years old or older. High schooldegree. Collection and customer service Skills.

Basic computerskills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet). Gooddisposition to Customer Service relations. Foreigners must providea PPT and passport.
